Room 206
The Kazimierz Jagiellonczyk room
Kazimierz Andrzej Jagiellończyk ( 1447-1492) was the grand duke of Lithuania and the king of Poland. His rule was a good time for the development of art and culture in Poland. Royal and aristocratic courts and bigger towns were very important for this development. Education became more popular thanks to parish schools. Historian Jan Długosz worked during his reign.
