Detailed information about our rooms
The Conference Centre in Zamek Królewski in Niepołomice is comprised of seven rooms which thanks to the equipment, varied size and character allow for organising all kinds of congresses, meetings and lectures.
The Main conference Room of the Zamek Królewski (Royal Castle) in Niepołomice can seat up to 260 people.

This air-conditioned room contains state-of –the-art equipment which will satisfy even the most demanding customers. Multimedia presentations, websites, DVD and VHS films and objects presented by means of a visualiser can be showed on two screens, at the front and in the middle of the room. The centre equipment also includes classic conference equipment such as film and slide projectors.

Presentation can be conducted from each part of the room by means of an appliance connected to the main computer in Bluetooth technology. The room also includes a wireless tablet and writing board which makes it possible to show what is written on it on the screens.

There is an interpreting booth adjoining the room, from which the translation is transmitted to wireless headphone sets.

Technical appliances installed in the Conference Centre permit a direct audiovisual transmission into other rooms of the Royal Castle, also into the representative Acoustic Room. Additionally, every participant of the conference is able to follow its course on the TV set in their hotel room.

Each lecture or presentation can be transmitted worldwide live by means of the Internet. Of course this works both ways- in the Conference Room you can participate in a lecture transmitted via the Internet. A DVD or VHS recording can be made of the conference.

Other rooms of the Centre
Apart from the largest Conference Room, our Centre includes two other room and four chambers. The Acoustic Room is the most magnificent chamber in the Royal castle. Concerts and meetings with up to 200 guests have been held there since the days of the kings. There is a slightly smaller room for up to 120 guests, called Malarzówka, on the first floor of the Castle. Both of these chambers have a permanent direct audiovisual connection to the main Conference Room, making it possible for several hundred people to take part in meetings at the same time. Other, smaller rooms are ideal for smaller scale meetings, councils and presentations. The six- hundred- years-old rooms provide aperfect background for talking about the future.
